The proposed Phase Two will consist of 56 one-hectare lots (2.47 acres). It is our intention to develop a portion of Phase Two in 2010. The prices of these first 11 lots will start at $150,000.00, plus HST. The zoning will be for single-family dwellings, which also allows for construction of a guest cottage and a garage / storage facility. Lots will go on sale once preliminary approval for the subdivision is obtained, and a disclosure statement is filed.
