The proposed Phase Two will consist of 56 one-hectare lots (2.47 acres). It is anticipated that the prices will range from $140,000 to $200,000. The zoning will be for single-family dwellings, which also allows for construction of a guest cottage and a garage / storage facility. Lots will go on sale once the subdivision is approved and a disclosure statement is obtained. The company intends to start construction on Phase Two in 2007.
